Patricia Koetzner became Managing Director, Head of Equity Sales and Trading of Siebert Capital Markets in April 2015, overseeing its national equity portfolio and clients. Ms. Koetzner will drive new revenue growth by generating relationships and facilitating equity trading for the firm. Her equity trading functions include: traditional long/short sales trading coverage, implementation of algorithmic strategies, share repurchases, trading and program trading.
Siebert Brandford Shank & Co. L.L.C. (SBSCO) announces that CEO Suzanne Shank has ended her role as Acting CEO of Siebert Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:SIEB). In September 2013 at the request of the Siebert Financial Board, Ms. Shank stepped in as Acting CEO, after her partner at SBSCO and mentor, Muriel Siebert passed away. Ms. Shank will return in her full-time capacity leading SBSCO, which she co-founded in 1996 with Muriel Siebert and Napoleon Brandford III.
Former MSRB Associate General Counsel, Leslie Carey Kirk, has joined the Siebert Brandford Shank as General Counsel. She will work in the firm’s Washington D.C. office.
