Siebert Brandford Shank served as book-running senior manager for the  $92.715  million  Los Angeles Department of Water and Power  Water System  Revenue Bonds, 2012 Series C. The 2012C Bonds were  sold on July 25th, 2012 and proceeds were utilized to advance refund select maturities from the outstanding Water System Revenue Bonds, 2004 Series C for economic savings. The 2012C Bonds were institutionally priced one day after the sale of the  $322 million  Water  System  Revenue Bonds, 2012 Series B under a common plan of finance. Siebert Brandford Shank served as joint senior manager for the 2012B Bonds.
