Siebert Brandford Shank served as senior manager for the State of Connecticut’s $569,790,000 General Obligation Bonds, 2012 Series D, E, & F, which included SIFMA Index Bonds priced at levels below those of all of the State's previous SIFMA Index Bonds.  The transaction was comprised of 60% current interest bonds offered as low coupon bonds - the highest proportion achieved by the State on any issue in recent years.  The structure attracted a broad distribution of new investors.
