SBS achieves lowest long-term AMT spread in airport history for Los Angeles International Airport's $324 million revenue bonds

In November 2015, Siebert Brandford Shank's successful underwriting performance allowed LAWA to increase the size of transaction by approximately $25 million. Additionally, the 2041 term bond of the 2015 Series D AMT Bonds was priced with a spread of 55 basis points—the lowest long-term AMT spread ever for an airport financing.
